Our Founder and Lead Designer, Oneyda Bollo, dreamed of a company that could help Real Estate Investors and Homeowners make the right selections when it came to renovating homes.
With over 10 years of experience leading a 20 million dollar well known design firm, Oneyda has helped hundreds of national and international clients tailor their space to their needs.
In addition to her numerous residential and commercial projects, Oneyda's experience with designing, renovating and staging homes has proven much success. On average, properties on the market that are designed and staged by D&I Group sell in a week or less with a higher return on your investment.
Currently residing in Calvert County with her husband and three children, Oneyda spends much of her free time with her family and attending her children's school and athletic activities. She loves to travel the world and uses her experiences as an opportunity to influence her design growth.

Our Vice President, Sasha Rhoden is a Southern California native, and first generation Jamaican American. Sasha was formally educated at Howard University with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design.
She comes with over 10 years of experience leading in a luxury interior design firm. Sasha is a natural problem solver, her favorite aspect of the design process is supporting her clients in overcoming the obstacles and seeing the possibilities of their space. This passion comes from her extensive background in both project and property management.
Sasha lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and two sons, where she spends free time with her boys exploring outdoors and personal time visiting various museums. These experiences keep her inspired and her eye for beautiful design sharp.

Our talented designer and communications specialist, Jessica, earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Interior Design from Utah State University, a CIDA accredited design school and interned with a large architecture corporation in Honolulu, HI. She has experience working in residential design focusing on design consultation, space planning, custom drapery design, and wallcoverings.
After starting her family, Jessica opted to put formal design on hold to support her husband in multiple overseas moves with the military. She has enjoyed extensive touring throughout Europe and applies her travel experiences as inspiration to her design ideas. Jessica has a firm belief that any space can be made better by color, organization, and space planning regardless of budget. She values the client's input and advocates for a budget friendly design that is functional, sustainable, and unique.
Jessica has called Southern Maryland home for 10 years. She resides in Calvert County with her husband and daughter and loves visiting her 3 adult children on the west coast. She is thrilled to be practicing formal design again and loves exploring nature, touring the East Coast, and organizing and updating spaces in her own home.
